Jeremy Corbyn facing no confidence motion from Labour MPs
Jeremy Corbyn could face a post Brexit vote clash with some of his own MPs after two members of the Parliamentary Labour Party (PLP) lodged a motion of no confidence in him.
Labour MPs Margaret Hodge and Ann Coffey confirmed the move in a letter to the chairman of the PLP.
The motion would not have the effect of ousting Corbyn as leader if it was passed, but calls for a discussion about his performance at the next PLP meeting on Monday.

However, PLP chairman John Cryer will have the final say on whether it will be heard at the meeting.
The motion, if accepted would be followed by a secret ballot of Labour MPs.
However, Corbyn earlier defended his role in the UK's EU referendum, in which Labour campaigned to Remain but ended in a vote to Leave by 52 per cent to 48 per cent.
The leader's critics said he was half-hearted in calling for Labour voters to unite behind Remain.
Corbyn said the point he had made during the campaign was that "there were good things" about the EU but also "other things that had not been addressed properly".
Labour MPs Hodge and Coffey both opposed Corbyn in last year’s leadership election.
