Event: Women into Leadership
Now in its 13th year, the ever-popular 'Women into Leadership' event, backed by the FDA union, is set to return to Edinburgh's EICC on 16 May.
Offering a unique opportunity for ambitious female public servants to unlock their leadership potential, the event readily attracts some 500 delegates from Scottish local and central government departments.
The one-day conference programme promises a rewarding experience, combining inspirational training sessions, motivational keynote speakers and invaluable networking opportunities tailored to help attendees prepare for, and excel in, leadership roles.
Event organiser Kiren Kaur, head of the diversity and inclusion portfolio at Dods Events, said: “The conference has become the premier event for enhancing leadership opportunities for women, offering hands-on advice, a wealth of experience, and invaluable networking opportunities to help overcome barriers and develop the skills needed for successful leadership. It’s an inspirational combination.”
As the demand for inclusive leadership continues to grow, ‘Women into Leadership’ serves as a catalyst for change, providing a platform for aspiring women leaders to ultimately shatter glass ceilings. For more information, visit the event website.
