David Cameron defends Scotland Bill powers
Prime Minister David Cameron has accused the SNP of presiding over a fiscal “shambles” for pursuing full fiscal autonomy.
SNP Westminster leader Angus Robertson used Prime Ministers Questions to say the UK government’s Scotland Bill fails to deliver the full powers for Scotland recommended by the Smith Commission.
“Shortcomings in the Bill have been identified by the cross-party Scottish Parliament devolution committee, and the House of Commons Library says that important parts of the Smith Commission proposals are not in the Scotland Bill,” he said.

SNP and Labour to call for stronger powers
Cameron said the proposals do deliver on the recommendations from Smith.
“The SNP only want to talk about process, they don't actually dare talk about which powers that they're being given they'd like to use.
“If you don't like the way things are being fixed why don't you put up taxes and spend more money? Isn't it time you started talking about the policies you want to put in place? The outcomes? Because the truth is this - Full Fiscal Autonomy has now become FFS - Full Fiscal Shambles!” he said.
